Overview
Supervision of Road Construction requires not only general management skills but also needs an understanding of the role of the various components of a road.
This understanding must cover: the effect of water, the identification of quality soils and aggregates, methods of improving material quality, together with the construction techniques that must be employed.
This course is aligned to cover a portion of the core elective units of the National Certificate in Civil Construction Supervision Level 4.
