Overview

The successful completion of any major project requires careful planning, setting of targets and monitoring of progress achieved at critical stages.

This course provides an overview of how computer software can be used as a tool for project management, focusing on highway related projects. Microsoft Project for Windows will be the software used but the skills learned will be applicable to most other PC based project management packages.

If you are a self-taught Project user, this course will help to fill in the gaps in your knowledge and help you use all of the facilities available in Project.
