Presenter information

Willie Vance has been Chief Executive of NZIHT since May 1996. Prior to coming to New Zealand he was employed in South Africa for 27 years initially as a Civil Engineering Contractor for 22 years and the last five years as the Chief Executive of the South African Federation of Civil Engineering Contractors. Willie has hands on experience in the Civil Engineering Contract Industry and has been involved over many years in the compilation of financial compensation resulting from variations and extensions of time. He has also been involved in dispute resolutions through negotiations, mediations and arbitration?s.
