RAMM for Windows now provides a system for applying and updating a depreciated value to all assets stored in the RAMM inventory. This workshop has been developed to provide a hands-on overview of the AV system and to explain using examples, how the system is structured and how the valuations are calculated.

- Depreciation
- Defining condition categories
- Assigning condition and condition rules
- Calculating current valuation
- Summary and detail reports.
On completion of this course participants will have the knowledge to:
- Understand the data requirements of the AV system
- Check the database for missing and incorrect data
- Bulk update data sets to assign condition and construction dates
- Print and understand the detail and summary reports
- View and filter the AV data in RAMM for Windows.
