  • Customer Focus: our values and attitudes to customers.
  • Your Company’s Way: creating, delivering and communicating value.
  • Your Company’s Service Habit: Developing the knowledge and skills to live Vision, Mission and Values 
  • Individual and Team Action Plans: making it happen.
  • Describing the road to success. Presenting their plans to management
  • Follow up. Measuring Success. Each team will be contacted monthly during the 3 month period.



On completion of this course participants will have the knowledge to:
