Cancellation
Participant withdrawals must be notified in writing. If you are unable to attend then substitute participants are welcome. If you are unable to arrange a replacement delegate we will refund the conference fee (administration charge of $50.00 will still apply). Withdrawals made after close of business on 21st October 2016 will be charged 50% of the fee. Non attendance will be charged at the full rate.
