We are delivering one of the largest land transport infrastructure programmes of recent times and it is essential that we use the most efficient and effective tools and techniques to deliver this. At the same time, the country-wide roll out of our new Network Outcome Contracts (NOC’s) for operating and maintaining the highway network is nearing completion. Both these tasks demand a new way of working, but at the same time offer great opportunities for innovation and experimentation. At this conference, we want to explore these opportunities across the spectrum.
